Returns If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within two weeks of the date it was shipped to you. When making a return, please contact us at orders@lisasnewcreations for notification. In your correspondence, please indicate the reason for your return. Ship your return via insured mail and include a copy of your receipt. Shipping costs are not refundable and Lisa's New Creations is not responsible for returns that are lost in the mail. Please note that Lisa's New Creations does not offer repair services.
